What is the status of my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking link. You can also log into your Alleyoop account to view real-time updates on your delivery status.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to all 50 U.S. states and Canada. We are working hard to bring Alleyoop to beauty lovers worldwide very soon.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your products. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer free returns on all orders within 30 days of purchase, no questions asked.
Are Alleyoop products cruelty-free?
Yes! We are proud to be 100% cruelty-free. We never test our products or ingredients on animals, and we are certified by Leaping Bunny.
How do I find the right shade for my skin tone?
We recommend taking our 2-minute Shade Finder Quiz available on our homepage. If the shade isn't a perfect match, we will exchange it for free.
